• Training modules for Guest Service stats and IT participants are posted here as they become available.  .

• This site works with most browsers on PC and Mac. The best compatibility is PC and MSIE or FireFox 3.

• The Flash Presentations are the primary training resource. These are narrated, self-running movies, with Play/Pause control and a slider bar that provides access to any point in the presentation. To view these you need the Flash player. You probably have this already, but it can be downloaded here.

• To supplement the Flash training (not to replace it), the Powerpoint Files used to create the Flash presentations are available for further self-paced study and printing of selected pages. They can be viewed and printed online (best with MS Internet Explorer) or downloaded and manipulated locally with Powerpoint software. Recommended print format is handouts, 3 per page. If you are new to the Powerpoint user interface, here is a brief introduction.
